What time can we check in?

Guests can check in anytime between 2pm & 6pm (14.00 & 18.00) on the day of arrival. Please let us know if you plan to arrive out with these times. On occasion we may offer a self-check in service.

Is Breakfast Included as standard with all rooms?

All prices include our full highland breakfast.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel your booking for any reason, please let us know as soon as possible. Up to 28 days notice – No charge, except for your non-returnable deposit Less than 28 days notice – Cancellation charge equivalent to the cost of one nights stay per room booked (less deposit). Less than 14 days notice – Cancellation charge equivalent to the full value of the booking. Cancellation charges will be charged to the debit/credit card details provided. No contact or no show by 8pm (20.00) on arrival day – the full value of the booking will be charged to your debit/credit card provided. No reduction is made for temporary absence or for departure earlier than confirmed.
